Finally! Hilary Duff Central has been finished! We are all so exited! But, our site still needs a few tweeks and adjustments, but its pretty much done! We hope that you enjoy your stay here at Hilary Duff Central!

We are in desperate need for some co-webs! We are looking for people who know how to do at LEAST 4 of the following qualities:

Know How to build sites
Know how to add pictures and stuff to sites
Have a site already made (to show us your work)
Honesty
Able to update/add to the site at least 3-5 times a week!
